Doubt there will be shares unsubscibed for, main reason for the drop, IMHO, is shareholders selling above the offer price intending to buy back in at the offer price.
The closer the market moves to the offer price the less the incentive to sell. Happens in many SPP. Then after a while, perhaps a month the share price seems to move back towards pre placement price. In companies with strong fundaments like SEA. The micro caps are unpredictable.
