I don't believe they "regret" that purchases.
They certainly calculate their buys per average (what includes options with very cheap price).
Also they have a "political" duty to show the rose scenario(inclusive to keep their jobs and their monthly high expensive wages in spite to poor performance).
This is peannuts and is used as a smoke to the market believe ,believe,believe !!
