i cannot believe ASIC havent looked further into how this company operates. If I were a holder I would have been in touch with them months and months ago with the state of affairs here and the various possible conflicts of interest, statements to market, missed dates, its endless, yet people are allowed to buy shares with this information not forthcoming. Buying blindly with no recourse. It should have been suspended months ago whilst it was all sorted.
