I'm sure we've all seen people that should never have been allowed to become parents.

some just don't have the capacity for empathy that children need and are intolerant of childrens behaviour.

but on abortion, there are so many reasons why a woman would choose to have her foetus aborted..... rape being the most prominent, incest, accidental pregnant of under-age teens, and now parents can have their gestating unborn tested for genetic risk they too have additional reasons for abortion.

but most above are referring to post 22 weeks gestation. this is very rare and likely to produce a viable child.... its a fraught position. but unrealistic.
