Housing Estates are much different. You will build entire estates with the same Builder and the same way. Australian estates have different builders and multiple different types of builds. The covenants will stipulate a type but will allow for brick, block and rendered. so blue board. And our estates are slow to sell out and slow to build. USA will be huge. Big estates and 1 big company building and if not pre sold will sell completed housing. The difference is huge.
