    The clue to the success of the rights issue is:
    "Any final shortfall will be underwritten by Jiangsu Chixiang Precision Gear Co., Ltd."

    Meaning there is a good chance that they will increase their share holding at issue price. Especially if the issue is not supported by the other shareholders
