I was enjoying the technical aspect of this thread, coming from....it looks like ...doctors.

I would like to raise a question now which wisdomofsilence can perhaps answer...or even philbar

Looking at all the documentation and news/announcements that have been released over the last 2 years, and in particular, the FDA approval, it would seem, IMHO, that the FDA approval is only for the use of cvac post chemo, as this is what the trail is focused on. Does this mean that prr cannot administer cavac pre chemo, as it has not been approved for this instance by the FDA.

OR...once/if approved will it then be up to a patient to request for treatment pre chemo or would a doctor not allow this in case of litigation. All too much for me but it seems that another trial would be needed to allow this to happen........I certaintly hope not.

I would appreciate your views on this as I may be mis-interrupting the trial end point goals
