"potentially tripling the power output" - doesn't mean they will triple it.
They were looking to deploy CETO 6 with anticipated 1MW output.
CCE were looking at 240kw for CETO 5 but no exact figures were produced to indicate output in the ocean trial.
I think what they said at the time, after detailed analysis, was that CETO 5 performed to high 95 percentiles of in ocean power output as compared to laboratory/design specs.
So they didn't say they got 240kw but were very very close to the design spec.
