I repeat what another poster said earlier. If you think the company haven't thought about that issue, then you may need to stop licking TVs and eating soap. I mean FFS. There will be instructions for use and I'm sure a disclaimer outlining that if you operate the device as instructed, then you will not have a problem with personal liability. Clearly, an operational failure of the device leading to injury may have ramifications for the manufacturer but that is what the testing process is all about. I am sure they have or are continuing to iron out any problems before the release of the product to the public. The poster may be entitled to their opinion but we as shareholders are also entitled to ours.
