I had a call from ComSec police last week for doing the same thing.
They tried to tell me that it's not ethical to buy daily high price with low volume .
I did question using the words share market and ethics in the one sentence .
They asked me all sorts of questions about my intentions with the stock and said they had been directed to by the ASX
