Australian adult retailer AdultShop.com has announced plans to roll out a number of branded retail outlets in suburban shopping centres. AdultShop MD, Malcolm Day, said that the company planned to enter the second-tier shopping centres to establish shopfronts and customer traffic, before moving into bigger centres. He said that a new advertising campaign had also been planned to challenge the stereotype of a sex shop customer. AdultShop chairman, Kim Heitman, said that the group's online pornography arm had further challenges ahead of it, due to regulatory requirements and problems with third party credit card processors. However, he said that the rebranding of Barbarella outlets had proven a success
