This is my first post in this Short Term Trading forum, and I'd like to share a very simple chart showing the strong possibility of a divergence trade:
As you can see, the direction of the prices have been pointing downwards as marked, but the Chaikin Money Flow indicator has been pointing upwards, indicating the positive flow of money into the stock.
With a positive divergence sighted like this, the prices are expected normally to resolve in the direction of the money flow indicator very soon, making this a positive divergence setup for a quick trade upwards....
