"We expect to continue to incur losses and use cash during fiscal year 2017 and through at least fiscal year 2018." -- 10K Page 21

"we expect research and development expense to decrease substantially in fiscal year 2017 relative to fiscal year 2016 and prior years." -- 10K Page 15

"During fiscal year 2016, the Company implemented several cost reduction and business realignment initiatives pursuant to which the Company reduced its headcount by approximately 90 employees. Such reduction is expected to reduce annual operating costs by approximately $7.9 million. Subsequent to that, the Company eliminated 10 additional positions in July 2016. The Company’s workforce was reduced to approximately 140 employees as of July 28, 2016, a reduction of more than 40% since January 2016 and a reduction of approximately 50% since July 1, 2015." -- 10K Page 34

Reminder that Insulet, while having sales, is still loosing money to the tune of $47MM (last 4 reported quarters) and still raised $300MM by selling convertible notes.

IMO I believe UNS is getting their cash burn down to $7 - 9MM per quarter. That could reduce more depending on payments they receive from customers which should serve them well seeking new sources of funding.

"The Company believes that potential proceeds from business development discussions, the 2017 Convertible Note, the Potential Transaction and fundraising efforts along with potential customer cash receipts, will provide the Company with enough liquidity to fund its operations for the next twelve months." -- 10K page 53

Reading the 10K you can certainly tell a lawyer is now in charge ... lots of discussion of what could go wrong with the above scant paragraph stating what might go well.
