Not really as it's intentionally non committal but I'm taking it as 4 to 6 because if you go from the announcement of Feb 21 then that range will give you late Q1 or early Q2 and I think they didn't want to commit to picking either. Also it's a low enough range that you wouldn't be saying months which would have been much harder to hear. They did say all external testing was completed which must help predict timeframes
