Hmmm….LDA haven’t lodged a substantial shareholder notice yet. How long do they have?

Looks like most of that 180 million shares issued yesterday got dumped on market at 4pm.

IMO most of these notices say for “working capital”. Hypothetically….Dad goes to son at least twice a week….”Son, lend CLZ $180k and I’ll issue you 180 mill shares which you can immediately sell on market and get your money back, with that money from shareholder suckers we can pay our wages lay a bit of concrete and buy a duster, WD40 and some sandpaper to spruce up the Gekko.” Then he continues “And once we’ve exhausted the buy side at .001 we can have another share consolidation and do it all again.”
Son goes “Sure dad, that sounds bonza. How long can we do this for?”
“Well son, as you know, we’ve been doing it for years and there doesn’t look to be any end in sight as to how many shares we can issue. Don’t worry son, as long as we keep issuing shares you’ll be fine.”
All hypothetical of course and does not bear any resemblance to any company.
