▪ On March 27, Cominiere filed a motion in case ICC 27720 requesting security for costs in the amount of 3.85 million euros. ▪
This motion follows the recent revelation that AVZ was unable to pay its own lawyers in the DRC. These lawyers obtained orders against AVZ for large sums of money and froze AVZ's shares in Dathcom. ▪

Furthermore, AVZ's latest financial statements show that the company is in a desperate financial situation. Its auditors said AVZ may not be able to continue as a viable business much longer. ▪

Cominiere believes that AVZ will soon collapse as a company and be unable to pay Cominiere's costs in its ICC case, which Cominiere considers to be baseless and doomed to failure. ▪
