Cominiere taking from Dathcom giving to Zinjin

So basically Cominiere are scrapping the deal they have with Dathcom and giving the rights to Zinjin instead? just like that?

It also states Zinjin are basically saying they will give back the 15% they bought off Cominiere for free and that Cominiere can even keep the 35mil USD they paid for it, so Cominiere will have 29% ownership aswell as the FREE 35mil bucks they got paid by Zinjin for that 15%.

To me that just reads as a bribe that is disguised as a business deal.

am I reading this correctly? How can they just scrap a joint venture with Dathcom just because they want to?
