Cominiere taking from Dathcom giving to Zinjin, page-6

I am confused, is it talking about the just northern section or about the whole thing?

"This offer concerns the northern part of Dathcom SA's license at Manono"
The first part talks about a JV between Zijin and Cominiere for the northern part, then later it says "In reality, to please the Chinese Zijin, the government has decided to withdraw what rightfully belongs to DATHCOM mining, in which AVZ minerals is a shareholder, as was done in 2009 under Kabila etc etc....."

When talking about "what rightfully belongs to DATHCOM mining, in which AVZ minerals is a shareholder" is it just referring to the aforementioned northern section again, or the whole of Manono?

It seems possible that AVZ could relinquish the northern section to these farkin caants just to get on with it and end the sheetshow, with Zijin forgoing that 15% in Dathcom and doing a separate JV with Cominiere for the North, then AVZ buys the 15% from Cominiere etc etc...
but if it's stealing the southern Roche Dure from Dathcom as well it's just sounds so fricken absurd given all the parading from the President about fighting corruption, the IGF report, AVZ getting the favourable opinions and decree, AVZ board member Serge sitting on stage with President at DRC Battery Council etc..
The corruption here is so fricken blatant, such an embarrassment for the DRC.
