I believe Vocus inherited Commander when it purchased M2 - came with the deal.
The problem is they have failed their duty of care to the customer by not red flagging unusual traffic which would have nipped the problem in the bud.
Wonder if the ball was lost in the weeds during transfer (not MY problem any more), or this is endemic for the M2 brand? Seems the latter, as this is may be just the tip of the iceberg judging by those who are now coming out saying they have been burnt too and just waiting to bail when the contract ceases!
