My comments, sorry I have been off for a while
The ICT market is rapidly changing and the bulk of the expenditure for this year has gone. End of fin year was for all marbles, many companies succeeded, Commander failed.
Now they have a good 9 months to wait. They will never repeat the contracts or revenues they had before, now the best thing to do is re-invent themselves as an SMB play and stay out of the big game.
that wont go well with the banks or investors, but you'll never see a large australia wide enterprise org again like this . . . Remember Hisoft? Ferntree?
