I haven't seen any posts thus far from the customer's perspective, thought my opinion may be of some insight and value to others.

Don't get me wrong, zip is a brilliant product that works flawlessly and is a delight to use! ....however Larry's lofty aspirations of 100mill customer are surely muted now.

GLAH! all IMO.
