commencement of phase 3 trials

This week l contacted PS regarding a number of issues that have been concerning me. This particular issue needs careful consideration.

He stated very clearly that they consider it morally and commercially wrong to commence the trial without full funding secured. This clearly means that if tranche 2 is voted down they will not commence until other funding is sourced or more likely until fonda revenues commence. To gear up again would mean August/Sept 2012 at the earliest.

At this stage of the companies development and with all the delays from the past l consider this not in anyones best interests. So having previously thought voting down tranche 2 a good move l have now reconsidered.

l'm still voting against the Orbis top up. Their greed is our loss.

He also said that sales figures from Dr R's would be announced in due course and that the agreement with DrR's prevents them from making announcements without their approval. So Mums the word until our Indian partners give the nod.
