also re SPP, they can go over the 5mil. From the SPP offer document it states 'Alchemia is seeking to raise
5million under the offer and it reserves the right to scale back if it receives applications in excess' To me that reads as though they are targeting 5mill and can go over should they wish, if not then they will scale back.
The 2009 raising was a rights issue so it was different all together. You had the choice to apply for excess units if others didn't take up their full parcel.
