A big waste of money IMHO.

3.75 m for van-mag is a cost I seen to ccl.
There was also the 1m deposit which wntto ccl not ccc so ccc. As could get even less than 3.75.

Its to dificult to work out as the company always leaves you guessing so that's why I take everything they say with a pinch of salt and work on the minnimun of things.

Lets face it the only thing they have that can put money in ccc asx is van-mag. All the other deals go to the mining entity ccl sa.

If they coudnt get 2 mil from ccl sa given they apperently had 12m in bank.

They borrowed from range and then range done a cap raise.

It has to be paid back before the end of the year as per agreement so no tax incentive there as some imply.
