There is a lot more history than this. Follow the money, and work out who enriched who in the dealings in the various transfers of the tech.
Ask why the previous company sold the tech for a small fraction of osl market cap. Maybe they were just stupid people, maybe not.
Ask what osl has actually achieved since buying the tech, and at what cost of SH funds.
One for true believers and not for the feint of heart, nor widows and orphans.
