Lets be honest... it has pulled back considerably for a reason. But if the reason is just the time-frame taking longer than expected, and the approval is still granted. This will fly. I still hold a small portion, and am hopeful it's a slow burner as opposed to a means to nothing. Only time will time. I'd like to see a strong reversal at 0.8c, but I'm not really too concerned about the technicals. It'll be the CE that will drive this north.
