    TJN were liquidating. The last announcement stated that it had completed its plans to liquidate and that the business was now heading into a new direction which they would announce shortly.

    Troy Harry is a good opperator so I'm geussing that the remaining shareholders (of which Troy is a big part) see that the recapitalisation may lead to upside ahead.

    We are a few months away from any recapitalisation I suspect but I will continue to hold to see what Troy's plans are.
