TTR are currently doing metallurgical testwork for their Phillip's River project. On a whim, I sent an email to ask whether they had considered using the Intec Process for their ore processing. Here is the reply...

"The Intec process you refer to is not yet at a suitable level of commercialisation for treating ore, we believe. It may well hold application in refining concentrates but the results we are achieving from flotation at this point leave Tectonic confident that this conventional industry accepted treatment route will be appropriate.

In all base metal leaching process routes they are typically very high capital cost which is only offset on a total cost basis if the miner has a huge resource base to amortise the capex over. Unfortunately our resource isnt in the league required to contemplate this nor is our company large enough to adopt riskier high technology processing options.
