Just to follow on from ptialv and a "gut feeling" of a distribution this August.

In the announcement of Glen Rufrano's re-appointment.

Their is a paragraph.

"Long Term Incentive
Mr Rufrano will participate in a Long Term Incentive Plan for executives of the Group which is
expected to be granted in July 2009. The details of this Plan are yet to be determined by the Board."

I agree that Rufrano deserves all the group can afford.

But surely there has to something for us...distribution...before the executives put their noses back in the trough.
