i dont think the deal is dead. As soon as china eases credit - which could be sooner than next year by the look of the numbers...he should be able to get his funds - he wants to steal the company after all - lack of price response since the lapse in the bid shows that he can get it cheap as ..but the price could have a run as we see the announcement of credit easing and he wouldnt want it to run much over where he placed the last trading halt,, so 23 -25c should put stop to any bid/price speculation rally.
