I always read fundamentals together with technicals, as the later provides key information that may solve the informatin asymmetry puzzle. By the look of it, despite most of us agree the stock is worth more than 35c, now at 16.5c, the long term holders are not accumulating.

If long term holders fear the company may be stolen at a low price, why not use this oppotunity to buy more now from the hands of short term holders to 1) earn some quick money or 2) block any potential future bid?

In the worst case, you don't get taken over at 17c.
