Hi Stevie, that would be the desired goal, minimal dilution at maximum sp levels.

With 40 mill in the wings, a conservative timeline of 3 years to fruition of IP being commercialised and commentary this stock cannot be bought at a bid of $50 nor $100 it would be extremely disappointing to see the next raise at less than $30.

Think that talk of this as a $100 stock, (minimum) and would not accept a take over bid of $50 for this company then raise at a very ordinary level does dent the credibility of what WP has said.

Credibility would certainly be bolstered if the next raise done at $30 plus, time will show the worth of what was said in the last interview.

Time of large swathes of shares being issued at fire sale levels need to be finally be put to bed and in the rear vision mirror going forward.
