The Nasdaq listing is almost irrelevant for us from a trading perspective. For all of us Australian investors it will be business as usual. The main difference being that shares will be available for new investors that want buy shares on and have access to the Nasdaq. Think mostly US based funds and US citizens. But as it will be dual listed Australian holders virtually have to do nothing and will be minimally impacted if at all.
So essentially no need to worry about how to trade on the Nasdaq etc unless of course later on we get taken out in exchange for shares in the acquirer. That would be different.
