Thank you red, this form of funding versus dilution; which is the preferred route?, I would think the former but am unsure of the long term mechanics of this.
Can a company flourish thru that type of agreement?, the last agreement of this type (Cardicell) may have contributed to the bottom line but seemingly was not a company maker. I do think it was a solid foundation to build from though.
