Mercer's first tranche of notes is due for redemption/conversion on 19th May (in about 2 weeks).
We do have the cash to pay them out but if they decide to convert at 90% of VWAP we could see a few more shares come on the market.
Just a rough calculation - Face Value of Notes $1.62m - Assume VWAP $17 = approx 106k shares.
I am not suggesting that Mercer would do anything to influence the share price after conversion but if, by some strange coincidence, the price was to rise there could be a good/better return there for them.
Could be beneficial for other shareholders too unless you are buying.
