I would rather see a offer of $50 that ‘can’ be knocked back, flush out a rival bidder/s, lift the MC to three times its current one and trounce a entry into the NASDAQ than have no offer and limp into that listing at current sp levels.
What the main holders would do is only known to those holders, @$50, like William, I would give it a hard good look, at the minimum I would sell down half my holdings and realise some hard earned cash that’s has been years in the waiting.
