Whilst the CEO made the following comment - "and then we’d have to tap the well again," - I wonder if there are other non-dilutive methods of raising funds - e.g. Exclusive licensing. I have recently seen a report of a deal where one of the majors paid a significant up front payment to obtain exclusive access to a product which had not yet received FDA approval. Further milestone payments were then required as the product was developed and received FDA approval.
