As would I William, any offer of well North of current sp would be very beneficial would it not; eg, if $50 offered would this not immediately lift the MC.
The offer does NOT have to be accepted but it would give the sp a serious boost, in the interim further placements would be at multiples higher than previous amounts.
On the other side of the coin the offer may have been a very opportunistic one.
(The figure of $50 I refer to is based on the lesser of the two amounts that WP mentioned, how either 500 mill nor one billion enough to buy this company).
That has set up a pretty high bar, no excuses for any more placements done at current levels then?
