One could well expect that a company that issued shares for about 25% of its shares on issue at $8.00 not so long ago would have a sp that was more than delicate when the market falters, and of course the sp has been impressive over twelve months so even more so.
I do not like shares being issued at a discount either and I especially don't like RI's being left out but the reality is that we need the money and this is how it is done. If Wayne was sitting across the table from me what options could I put to him? It is easy to say that we should be partnering etc but all going well this way forward, painful as it is to us all, hopefully will one day prove to be the best way forward.
