Hi Shultz, no, I don’t understand the last para at all, that’s why I ask questions and try to learn by doing so.
Do I understand this correctly; first para; last lot of shares were sold with a covenant that they are not to be sold for a certain period of time?, was this stated by the company?, IF so then this is a sensible move by the company.
