Just a couple of rambling points.

This is not the old Admedus, selling the DurAVR TAVR would be far easier and less labour intensive than the patches (much more concentrated and we have a walk up start with the Ad Board and connections), I think as the genuine superiority of the product emerges the company may be seriously considering the possibility of “going it alone”,

I think that this narrative is crucial to perpetuate regardless as the competition needs to know we are capable and that we “don’t need” a deal (ie - not reliant on a deal as we once were).

When all is said and done regardless of our intentions I strongly doubt that Edwards, Medtronic or another interested party will let us go alone as they will want to own this tech out right. I have no idea how this will play out but I suspect that within 12 to 24 months of us being listed on the Nasdaq we will be acquired. If we go it alone (even for a short period) then even better.

    Just IMO and not advice.
