I did this because I broadly agree with him so not prepared to claim 'its not over'.

The reasons I am not selling my OCC, NEU and MSB despite expecting falls with the market is that takeover offers could be many times that percentage fall in the other direction. 10x for biotech with a blockbuster application occurs for instance and MSB has a minimum 2 and arguably 3 already.

So simple maths really - the potential upside is many times the likely short-term fall. Don't let the general market lemming behaviour bully you.
