Kinda summed me up in a nut shell. Lol. A couple of times I've made low ball offers at auctions, and have noticed people snickering when I have. haha. E.g. I started the bidding of a city apartment at 250k, but the vendors were looking at 450k. Nobody joined until the auctioneer said "final offer" lol. All part of the game.
Let's hope some of the predictions of a bidding war hold true!!
