no wonder Jovann this cream is absolutely freaky good

had a strained or torn calf yesterday just stretching in bed like a morning yorn beleive it or not

i have never pulled a muscle before in my life except a slight hamstring strain playing footy 20 years ago but played the next week so not bad

this felt like a had been shot i was howling in pain for a while
it was not a cramp
just lied in bed for a hour or 2 till i put some Thermalife on
thought to myself this will help the pain but i will miss work for a while
could barely put any weight on it before lunch
applied thtough out the day yesterday and pain completely gone today
i could actually feel the cream doing its work inside the muscle
i did not see a doctor or physio so can not say 100% what injury was

this cream or the new sports gel will be great for sport IMHO
