Is there any difference between the UK division and the Chinese company itself.?
I am wondering why we have this proposal with the UK CNOOC?
There are time limits to these projects which can work in ones favour, eg.....if drilling or 3d
had to be completed by a certain time, failure would be for both.....so I am feeling that Chinese involvement
with other companies that has failed at the 11th hour, may be a lot different here with the blocks.
