ConocoPhillips didn't play by the rules, what makes you think the chinois will?
Yes, we maybe in a 'better' situation, but until we have substantial money backing (read money in the bank)
we are vulnerable.
The chinois do not even have/own a rule book.
Until PE is sorted we will languish, management are aware of that I'm sure!
