I am a former Sgh shareholder and I have lost big because I naively gave all my trust to the Company, now I do not hold any share and will not invest a cent in the Company.
Let me remind you that this is a Company where fundamentally has a trust issue. It's currently facing significant debts and TWO class actions from its own people. Let me remind you the biggest class action firm - Murice Blackburn haven't formally acted yet. And its share is already tumbled!
Do you not think the bank will take this into account when making a decision on their loan? Class action results will cause drastic impact to Sgh.
If you're genuinely interested in a law Company, why not take some actions on Shine Lawyers as it has a much stronger financial position and sound reputation. The other reason is that at least you don't have to wake up in midnight anxiously reading and responding Sgh lost.
