Who on earth would take a sample that way? If you can't afford to test properly, why test at all? I am not a geo, but to me that seems like VERY sloppy work.. why bother?
Also in stark contrast with grigor's comments which apparently came straight from AJ - that it was from the blade itself.
Still doesn't explain the elevated P in the follow up samples, although could explain the other minerals in the first sample.
Thanks for the post though, I'm not shooting the messenger, I'm shooting the lack of logic.
