just need a regulatory environment which supports the development of these brown coal assets. The result in the seat of Melbourne and the Greens in the senate beginning July 2011 may be a problem.
I agree with the strategy in terms of a niche with tremendous upside value to the coy. ( it's an intelligent strategy with huge potential) if they can get the agreements with Vic. gov. dep. to allow development of the asset. The minute it becomes clear that they will secure that right then the company is worth much much more. Until then we'll have to rely on other news flow to pump the price.
