Hi mate think about the excise price @0.0375 if we head towards 0.052 for the other options to be in the money by august. these options would be in the money and can be executed at any time .
If they where excised early his would generate $150000000 plus the other options @ 0.052 to the company .
My thoughts only.
Honestly it looks like a well thought out plan in my eyes .
We have a 20% holding in company that looks like its on some good dirt .
We might have the means to take control later in the year .
